Attached Garage Suite

This attached garage suite project was designed for a uniquely shaped parcel that presented several challenges in meeting code requirements and harmonizing with the existing home. By working closely with the clients and the City, I was able to secure key relaxations that allowed for the construction of a properly sized garage while maximizing the potential of the lot. The result is a thoughtfully integrated structure that blends seamlessly with the residence and features a spacious, functional rental suite above—balancing modern living needs with design and regulatory constraints.
